Six or more and we close the room and build the menu around you. Birthdays, work teams, wedding parties. The public drop-in price is not a cap we exceed in silence. You get a written USD quote first. Private in-person session at the teaching kitchen. Nobody watches from a stool. You work the station, you eat what you made, and you leave with the technique in your hands rather than a stack of printouts you will never open.

Included, and what is not

• The room closed for your group
• A menu we agree in writing
• The same stations, tools and dinner service as a public class

• Scope and price are not on a public price tag
• The approved quote is the amount that will later be sent to Stripe-hosted Checkout
• We do not charge an arbitrary figure at the door

From quote to the night

There is no cart and no calendar widget. You tell us what you want to cook and how many of you there are. We write back with a price in USD and the times we can actually run it. You say yes, we hold the room, and you settle at the door until Stripe-hosted Checkout is switched on for that same approved amount.

2. We send an itemised USD quote
3. You approve that version in writing
4. You settle as arranged. Future Checkout uses that approved amount only

Where and when

Kitchen at 931 Garst St, Cabool, MO 65689, US. Dates by arrangement. Free parking sits on the lot. The walk from the car to the kitchen floor is step-free. If the drive from Springfield or the evening does not work, the same curriculum is filmed as online tracks — still priced in USD, still arranged with us first.
