An in-person class at the Cabool kitchen: 3 hrs, intermediate, up to eight people. In person at the teaching kitchen. You cook; you eat; you take leftovers home. Nobody watches from a stool. You work the station, you eat what you made, and you leave with the technique in your hands rather than a stack of printouts you will never open.

Taught at 931 Garst St, Cabool, MO 65689, US. Classes Tuesday–Sunday. Free cancellation 48 hours ahead. Free parking sits on the lot. The walk from the car to the kitchen floor is step-free. If the drive from Springfield or the evening does not work, the same curriculum is filmed as online tracks — still priced in USD, still arranged with us first.
