03 — THE ROOM

A working kitchen on Garst Street. Not a set.

Built for teaching, not for filming. Eight full stations, a clear view of the front bench from every one of them, and a long table that comes out when the cooking is done.

THE SPACE

Eight stations, one long table, no audience.

Every station has its own induction burner, gas ring, board, scale and knife roll, plus a clear line to the front bench so nobody’s craning around a shoulder. When the cooking is done the benches clear and the long table comes out.

It’s ground floor and step-free from the parking lot, with a hand-wash sink at every second station. If you have a mobility need or an allergy, say so when you ask for a quote. We set the room up around it.
